Kostian of Brilliant Geeks has helped me when I've had trouble with my Delle. Most importantly Kostian has come to my home and helped me to fix and learn about my computer. Otherwise I would have to unhitch the computer and carry it to the repair shop. He has also gives me advice over the phone as to how to run the computer when I’m having a problem.
